What to Expect

Sémillon is one of the grapes traditionally used to produce both dry and sweet white wines in Bordeaux. When bottled on its own the wine produced is rich and full with deep flavors of melon, fig, pineapple and apricot featuring gentle, earthy, spice tones and a subtle vegetal undercurrent.

Winemakers Notes

Really very exciting indeed. Limpid, very very sweet but with so much going on<br/>that for the first time in this tasting I swallowed it. Relatively low acidity<br/>but this wine is so dense it should last for a very long time yet is already<br/>rather gorgeous.
