Chateau Chevalier Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District 2005
Nose of chocolate, spice, jam and cola with some black cherry. Nice tannin and nuances of cedar and black tea with the fruit on the palate. Nice and fairly complex.Add winemaker's notes

First red wine I really truly enjoyed. Very smooth and could drink outside of food. Took to Lancy's for a dinner party. It was a blend which I don't know if it's good or bad but I really liked it. Lance did too I believe.
Full bodied spring mountain vino at an excellent price. A favorite staple of ours. Let decant for an hour or so. Also, be sure to pour slowly as this has quite a bit of sediment.
