Chateau Cazat-Beauchene Wines Imported French White Bordeaux 2007
Appearance: Intense garnet red in color. Nose: This wine develops a bouquet of red ripe fruits, violet and blackcurrant, with a woody and spicy hint on the finish. Palate: Round and unctuous, this wine is full and supple. The tannins are present but well-blended, with a long-lasting flavor. This wine is perfect with meats and cheeses, and is well suited to the southern French cuisine.
Medium-High Sweet. Nice light bubbles...with food would be nice. Peach, apricot flavors. Will appeal to most.
