Chateau Cazat-Beauchene Wines Imported French White Bordeaux 2007
Appearance: Intense garnet red in color. Nose: This wine develops a bouquet of red ripe fruits, violet and blackcurrant, with a woody and spicy hint on the finish. Palate: Round and unctuous, this wine is full and supple. The tannins are present but well-blended, with a long-lasting flavor. This wine is perfect with meats and cheeses, and is well suited to the southern French cuisine.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
Medium-High Sweet. Nice light bubbles...with food would be nice. Peach, apricot flavors. Will appeal to most.
Appearance: clear, medium, ruby Nose: clean. medium intensity, devloping, red fruit, nutmeg, vanilla oak Palate: dry, medium acidity, medium tannin, medium body, medium intensity, medium alcohol, , medium finish, red fruit/raspberry/plum, sweet spice Conclusion: balanced and easy-drinking
