It is made using techniques that preserve all the flavours of the grapes. The wine is matured in oak barrels for 12 months (50% new barrels each year). The wine is characterised by its intense colour, a delicated red-fruit bouquet, robust, mature tannic structure and great length." - Winery History: "Monsieur de Cambon, the owner at the time of the French Revolution, gave the estate its name. The revolutionaries confiscated his property, but he did get it back a few years later. In 1996, the estate was taken over by Annick and Jean-Pierre Marie. They have made a large number of investments to renovate it and provide it with the very best equipment.
