Château Brisson Red Bordeaux Blend Côtes de Castillon 2005

Winemaker's Notes:

Château Brisson uses 100% Merlot from a gravely clay and limestone soil, and vinifies traditionally for maximum color extraction with a temperature-control system to preserve the fresh fruit flavors. After color extraction, the fermentation and aging occurs in oak barrels, staying in the oak for 12 months.

Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
