Grass and orange blossom on the nose. The palate is smooth and crisp with lemon/lime tart apple and a touch of minerality. This would pair wonderfully with swordfish topped with homemade salsa.

White grapefruit, lemon-lime and melon flavors peak through the vibrant acidity and flinty undertones, making this a fabulous match with mussels, bouillabaisse and other shellfish dishes.

Break from the boring one-dimensional Chardonnays and enjoy this bright, fresh, well-balanced delight. Citrus and vanilla flavors with a crisp, clean mouthfeel. Well balanced with good structure and consistently good! Works wonderfully with swordfish topped with homemade salsa or clams, steamed or grilled.
