Château Bonnet Entre-Deux-Mers Blanc 2010
Brilliant and luminous color. Château Bonnet White 2010 shows its personality once again with intense aromas of grapefruit, boxwood, and acacia flowers. The attack, fresh and lemony, is in perfect balance with the rich fully body that is well-structured and has a long finish. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, and the notes of citrus fruits and yellow peaches linger on the palate. This wine, already delicious, is a perfect match with fish tartars, shellfish and summer salads.
A respect for the typicity of our terroir whilst at the same time always searching for a modernity of style. A respect for the past and the accumulated experience of the region but equally the same respect for our current consumers and their expectations in terms of wine style and quality. We firmly believe in developing technological innovations that allow us to move towards the twin goals of quality and price accessibility.
