Chateau Bonnet Bordeaux Rose 2010
The Chateau Bonnet Rose shows delightfully eye-catching brilliance and bright pink highlights. Intense, this wine has a distinctively broad palette of fruit aromas (strawberry, raspberry...) forming an elegant ensemble. Very precise and very clean. The same precision shows up on the palate, showcasing the wine's amazing smoothness as well as more raspberry and cassis flavors. Generous, but also youthful, lively and dynamic, lingers to a lovely finish. Enjoy with barbecued pork.
A respect for the typicity of our terroir whilst at the same time always searching for a modernity of style. A respect for the past and the accumulated experience of the region but equally the same respect for our current consumers and their expectations in terms of wine style and quality. We firmly believe in developing technological innovations that allow us to move towards the twin goals of quality and price accessibility.
Editorial Reviews for Chateau Bonnet Bordeaux Rose
Quite herbal on the nose with aromas of grilling green peppers and strawberry/rhubarb mixed with a limey citrusy edge. Light on entry with very good cut. This is bright and transparent with a refreshing mouthfeel. The acid is bright but integrated, and the vegetal notes of the nose are fold into a nice, fresh, almost strawberry-toned palate that remains snappy and bright through the moderately long finish. 86pts
Very bright and citrusy, with delicious strawberries and watermelon. A refreshing drink.
Lovely strawberries and light red fruit, cream and watermelon. Very smooth and lightly sweetened. Refreshing but would stand up to food too!
Beautifully bright color, reminds me of Campari! Lots of fresh strawberries on the nose, nice balance.
