Chateau Bonnet Bordeaux 2008
Bonnet Red 2008 is bright with lots of violet highlights. A beautiful medley of red and black fruit aromas. Very expressive today, the attack is full of fruit and the mid-palate is rich and round. Its freshness and tannins melt with the fruit notes and create a long finish. This is a perfect match for summer dishes, salads, pizzas, meats or seafood tartars.
A respect for the typicity of our terroir whilst at the same time always searching for a modernity of style. A respect for the past and the accumulated experience of the region but equally the same respect for our current consumers and their expectations in terms of wine style and quality. We firmly believe in developing technological innovations that allow us to move towards the twin goals of quality and price accessibility.
