Winemaker's Notes:
Blason d'Issan is the second wine of the estate. Made from the youngest vines on the property blended with juice from mature vines, thus making it possible to enjoy an early-maturing taste of the marvellous world of great Margaux. This Blason d'Issan has a very bright robe, glossy with a paling rim. The nose is very classically styled, featuring oak-tinged juicy plum-cherry fruit. The palate is elegant and well polished, but fairly reserved. The tannins are ripe and sit very well with the fruit, producing a wine that is well-rounded, fresh and attractive.
