Château Belon Red Bordeaux Blend Graves 2009
Winemaking: Each variety of grapes is vinified separately to preserve the distinctive characteristics of each, then mixed to produce white wine Chateau Belon. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the clarity, purity and natural acidity of the grapes. After fermentation is complete, we begin the aging process by "Take the Lees." To do so, while the wine is aged 100% French oak barrels for a period of one year. It requires us to monitor alertness process the appropriate level of micro-oxygenation is achieved. Although the process takes time, resulting in a wine that has medium to full bodied with a properties elegant balance of fruit and acidity.

Tasting Notes: This wine with a delicate bouquet and floral nose with notes of fruit (apples and peaches) notes on palate highlighted by woody notes, with an enormously complex, fresh and creamy, and a smooth finish and long.
