Frequent served on Europe-USA bound business class flights on Continental Airlines. Slightly tannic with undercurrent of plum. Nice nose and smooth finish. However only had on airplanes whose environment dulls the tastebuds.

This is subtle and complex, showing blackberry, fresh tobacco and light vanilla, with a hint of Indian spices. Full-bodied, with super well-integrated tannins and a finish that lasts for minutes. The finest Figeac since the 1990 and 1982, the restrained, but complex 2005 exhibits notes of black olives, new saddle leather, tobacco leaf, and sweet cherry and black currant fruit. The wine is medium-bodied with racy tannins as well as a streamlin... Robert Parker. A Bordeaux Blend wine from Bordeaux in France. 2005 Figeac 750ml

Tasting Notes:

Ill Follo Prosecco is lemon honey on the nose, subtle and charming. In the mouth, it is delicately flavored and extra dry.

It is widely accepted that 2005 was the best vintage year Bordeaux has seen in decades, if not a century. This is no exception and has received the highest marks when stacked up to other vintages of the same wine. It is a very rich wine with aromas and flavors of red berry and cedar.
