Winemaker's Notes:

A really good example of the benefits of investment in smaller, well-locatedpetits châteaux. This one lies near Ch. Giscours, and benefits from theMédoc's rolling gravel terrain as well as a more modern approach in thewinery. There's plenty of firm fruit here, balanced with new oak which, whileevident, combines very well to make a satisfying, fuller-bodied style ofBordeaux for drinking 2009-2011.
