This concentration and proximity favour a unified and high quality supervision, a perfect reflection of the company’s specialization. Directly across from Petrus in Pomerol, a traditional building, to which in 2002 a refectory designed by the Swiss architects Herzog and de Meuron was attached, constitutes the strategic center of the vineyards. The refectory is used for large functions as well as at harvest time. Read less
