The Bernard family has lived in Orange since the 17th century. What a great Chateuaneuf. Velvety smooth and well balanced. Red and black fruit, floral notes, and a hint of smoke on the nose. Red cherry, blackberry, and stawberry, along with some mocha, spice, earth, and oak. Nicely layered. Everything is in harmony

Just had a bottle in France, absolutely superb. But dying to find out how to get it in England. Any knowledge on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

This dry claret with its black cherry and vanilla flavors pairs well with most red meats.
