Chateau Barbanau et Cae-Terra 2007

Member Review by cyril:

Wine drunk with a veal stew piperade. Explosive nose of blackcurrant compote. Tannins a bit up (a little dry mouth, felt especially in the final). Beautiful matter (fine). Attractive, as more saline than mineral. Too young or too much fruit to marry with the dish. At this stage, rather as an appetizer tapas. Opinion on the maturity: Good now the exuberance of the fruit. For a meal waiting for the tannins melt.
