Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

User Reviews for Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge Maison Louis Latour

Grown in chalk and clay soils, grapes for this wine underwent 100% malolactic fermentation, then aged in oak casks—30% new—for between 8 and 12 months. The wine is gold in color, with a nose reminiscent of fresh biscuits. Yellow fruit and toasted almond scents also stand out. Intensely flavored, with hints of vanilla.
