Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Ruby-red. Highly perfumed bouquet evokes candied red fruits potpourri and allspice with notes of licorice and white pepper adding complexity. Shows excellent clarity and power on the palate offering juicy raspberry and cherry flavors and a sexy touch of candied flowers. The very pure incisive finish lingers with impressive tenacity.
