Our New Year's Eve champagne. Very complex and delicious. Nose was very full with sweet floral honeyed notes, nuttiness and some brioche. On first opening, it started with some pear and orange peel, and then opened up with some creaminess, apple and rich breadiness. Well balanced with great minerality. Love the grower champagne.
