Subtle honey and lilac notes on the nose and effervescent on the palette with notes of citrus, pear and minerality. There is a very nice finish of apricot and golden apple that gentle fades away. Crisp, dry and acidic Riesling with a low amount of residual sugar. This was a great match for Singapore rice noodles and really helped cut the heat on a Sichuan spicy beef and capsicum dish.
This wine tastes like a sauvingnon blanc. It has a bubbly feel to it on the start of the sip, then finishes with nice crisp acid with off dry citrus. Very nice.

Best Riesling I've ever had. Granted I've mostly had bottom shelf wines for the most part but this particular Riesling has the perfect balance of sweet/dry for me. Different strokes for different folks, but I highly suggest you give it a try.
This Riesling is a fantastic offering coming from WA. It has a floral nose of apple to start and opens up nicely. The wine itself is on the dryer side with a nice crisp acidity which makes it very easy and refreshing to drink. I find it pairs nicely with soft cheeses but also light fish and even pork. enjoy.

Beautifully aromatic delicate spring blossoms. White apricot and peach. Explosive concentrated flavor and a long fresh finish. Single vineyard, fragmented basalt, gravel and caliche... classic Riesling, siblime minerality.
Light and fragrant, on the dry side, featuring tangy grapefruit and apple flavors that linger gently.
This 2008 is the third vintage for this extraordinarily popular Riesling, again showing bright, vivid, punchy citrus fruit and juicy acids. Residual sugar is about 1.5% and once again it is sourced from the Evergreen vineyard. With production climbing to 20,000 cases, this should be easy to find at least until fall.
Fresh and open-textured, with pretty pear, melon and floral aromas and flavors that linger on a light, off-dry frame. Drink now.
