- This old Clos has once again kept its promises and on the eve of the next millennium, it still knows how to use its power to impress. Its superbly dense robe indicates a marked concentration of matter. Raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry mingles with tobacco, thyme and cedar on the nose, while the fleshy and generous attack of the elegant tannins reveals a very long persistence in the mouth. After several years in the cellar, it will astonish with its harmony and character... Nothing less than a great wine. A very long-term keeping wine.
