Color: Fine gold, deep straw yellow. A nice cordon for a very brilliant wine. Nose: A floral first impression with violet aromas followed by smooth and fruity nuances of apricot and quince preserves. The finish develops between fresh hazelnuts, lavender honey and liquorice, for an elegant and distinguished wine. Palate: A wine with a distinct freshness that augurs well for ageing. A touch of fresh fig followed by a warm finish marked by cappuccino cream and liquorice.

Bright pale straw color. Brisk, complex aromas of lemon, apple, chicory, cumin, nutmeg and coffee. Very strong, persistent mousse. Spicy, lively and on the dry side, with strong extract and hints of grilled nuts and coffee. Long, tactile finish. Substantial, youthful Champagne.

Herersquo;s something special in a nonvintage brut. It has rich, mature flavors, a velvety-smooth texture supported by lively acidity, and a lingering finish. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.
Bright pale yellow color. Medium-bodied. Moderately extracted. Smoke, roasted coffee, lemons, minerals. Attractive integrated toasty nose shows hints of roasted coffee. Substantial mouthfeel has a firm minerally backbone with tart lemony flavors and a lingering smoky finish.
Slightly high-toned peach and apple nose, plus a suggestion of older juice. Brisk and toasty on the palate, with good flavor intensity. Actually rather fat and rich, and ripe on the middle palate. then finishes quite dry, with good snap.
A floral, fragrant wine, full of ripe fruit, layered with some toast and a delicate mousse. There are flavors of quince, of cinammon and toast, with a touch of butteriness. This is by no means mature, and the acidity and freshness suggest a good aging potential.
