Black fruit and graphite on the nose, full-bodied, with some meat, peppery and cloves notes to go with the fruit on the palate. More complex than the nose would suggest, with low-medium acidity and light tannins. Very easy drinking at a good price.

A blend of Cabernet and Syrah from Washington State. The wine is produced by Charlies Bieler (just voted one of the top 10 wine professional by Food & Wine) and Charles Smith. These guys are characters and their wines speak to it. Look for a excellent dose of powerful Washington Syrah fruit surrounded by the balanced tannin and sweet aromas of Washington Cabernet fruit. A delicious red blend for everyday enjoyment.
