Arrogant Frog is an estate-bottled wine from the Languedoc region of southern France. Like its creator, winemaker Jean-Claude Mas, (aka the Humble Vintner), this wine is proud to assert its Mediterranean origin. Generations of the Mas family have tended to vineyards and made wine in the Languedoc region, and over the years, their wines have retained vibrancy and refined charm. The wine is sealed with a dependable screw cap to preserve freshness and youthful appeal. Arrogant Frog delivers exceptional quality for the price and is confident of its ability to impress. Production Area Languedoc- between the Mediterranean Sea and the Hérault Valley Grape Varieties 85% Chardonnay, 15% Viognier Vinification De-stemmed grapes are vinified separately, without skin contact. Low temperature racking at 8°C followed by three weeks fermentation at 17°C. 10% of Chardonnay undergoes malolactic fermentation. 35% barrel aged for 3 months, with the balance aged in stainless steel on lees. Color Brilliant gold with straw yellow tints Bouquet Elegant aromas of tropical fruits, with peach and white flowers and hints of vanilla Taste Fresh and mellow with a long persistent finish with fruity notes Alcohol 13.5% Serving Suggestions Serve lightly chilled with seafood and fish; will also complement sushi, white meats, blue cheeses and fruit desserts.

Lily Pad White 2008 / Another great value from Arrogant Frog, this Viognier-Chard blend is fresh and delicious with flavors of rich wood-grilled apple, yellow florals, peach and toast. Medium weight and well balanced with a long finish. Drink up!
