Vintage: 2009 Grapes: Reichensteiner, Muller Thurgau, Bacchus, Seyval Blanc Winemaking: The numerous varieties are blended and then fermented together in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. This is followed by extended lees contact and Bâtonnage. Serve: Chilled to accompany pasta, seafood and white meats Taste: Hawthorns, apple, dough and orange blossom notes in a smooth, well balanced and structured white wine.
