I said divine apricot colour but reviewer above more accurate with 'delicate smoked salmon pink'. The nose is ever-so-slightly earthy on its strawberries, In the mouth those strawberries are mouthwateringly acidic in a highly well-balanced package.

Vintage: 2009 Grapes: Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, Seyval Blanc Winemaking: Short skin contact to extract the pale colour of this rose and then bottled early to capture freshness and acidity. Serve: Chilled, great with picnics. Taste: Delicate smoked salmon pink colour. English Strawberries and Redcurrants on the nose and a palate with a juicy and fruity flavour through to a dry finish
