Light menthol and floral notes. Very acidic - volatile acidity. Thin and slightly earthy with some strawberry notes, not good. Had to call the sommelier over - he told me that England had crap weather and I should try something French - a real disappointment, as Chapel down's sparkling wines have been excellent.
