She undertook the task of making available the very private Champagne Henriot in her father's vineyard in Bouzy and sold her wines under the name "Veuve Henriot Ainé". The House cultivates a very particular style, valuing time, patience, and the pursuit of perfection. It chooses the best wines from the best "crus", demanding the most careful work from the vineyard and cellar workers. The family’s knowledge of the terroirs and blending skill makes the wines of Champagne Henriot regognizable among all others. The discrete Henriot labeling is echoed in this elegant wine. Like so many Henriot Champagnes it has good bottle age, shows toast as well as light red fruits. There is a depth of flavor here, the texture of yeasty mousse and apple skins going right t... Wine Enthusiast. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Henriot Brut Rose 750ml

The NV Brut Rose is a delicious wine. Deceptively light in both color and body, the wine packs surprising punch, in an expressive core of mineral-infused fruit that gradually emerges with air. The balance here is commendable, but this is a wine that ... Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Henriot Brut Rose 750ml

A slight grain to the texture and bright acidity give this rose Champagne a lively, zesty quality that drives the flavors of ripe black cherry, grilled plum, fig paste, mulling spices, cream and toast

On the dry side, with spice notes accenting the red berry flavors, with a chalky feel. Balanced and intense, though not flashy. Berry notes and a hint of orange peel grace the finish. Drink now.

Light pink with a fine bead. Zesty redcurrant and strawberry aromas are given depth by pungent herbs and a subtle smokiness. Firm and focused on the palate, offering spicy red berry and cherry skin flavors and good mineral snap. The precise, nervy leaves sweet red fruit and dusty minerals behind. Very fresh, and strikingly elegant.

($56; lot #05050 on the foil) Pale pink color. Rich and toasty on the nose, showing roasted berries, cinnamon and buttery brioche. Full-flavored, velvety rose with intensely ripe, red berry tones. This would be perfect alongside a game bird dish or p... Stephen Tanzer's IWC. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. N.V. Henriot Brut Rose 750ml
