This is absolutely one of my favorite rose champagnes. It's not too sweet but still satisfies with its fruity, bright flavor.
External Reviews for Champagne Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rose Brut
A lean, bracing version, with lemon, grapefruit and yeast notes. This is dry, but stingy in flavor and richness, with a mineral finish. Best from 2010 through 2013.
WS: A delicate style showing dried strawberry notes with a silky mouthfeel. A pure, hedonistic delight that will seduce anyone.
A plump Champagne with a little tension to its broad pleasantly sweet flavors this is a soft wine to chill for aperitifs. Wine & Spirits.
Small and frequently overshadowed in the American market, Laurent-Perrier enjoys a wide appreciation internationally for their delicately framed, elegant Champagne. The NV Brut is near ethereal, with very fine bubbles and subtle citrus and marzipan flavors that turn creamy toward the finish. Makes a perfect kickoff for any holiday entertaining, or serve well-chilled with cold fish and seafood.
Balance and elegance are the hallmarks of this lively, rich-tasting Champagne. Crisp acidity supports the light, bright fruit flavors and marries with nice doughy, spicy notes on the finish. Could be aged through 1996.
Pale bright golden appearance. Medium-bodied. Moderately extracted. Ripe citrus, peach. Hints of toasty yeast on the nose with mild nutty notes. Bright, full-flavored and endearingly fruity with greate persistence. Lively fresh mouthfeel has a creamy note through the finish.
