This Champagne is truly amazing!!!! It is a red wine with bubbles. The colour stuns, as does the nose of fresh berries (strawberry, raspberry and even a little red current). On the palate this is definitely a wine - totally reminiscent of Pinot Noir, with even a little forest floor and coriander seed in the long finish
