Chambolle-Musigny Domaine Jean-Paul/stephane Magnien 2006

Member Review by show:

I'm not expert of Burgundy and Chambolle-Musigny, but I could feel the elegance of this wine. However, the day opened the wine, this wine was too acid on after and difficult to keep drink although I decanted and leave the wine over 2 hours. On the 2nd day, the wine became more milder and clearly improved, but this wine is not matured and need to wait at leas more a couple of years.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
