Chambolle Musigny Dom Corton André 2002

Winemaker's Notes:

This wine is produced five kilometres to the north of Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the Chambolle-Musigny region of the Côte d'Or. This 100% Pinot Noir is smooth, delicate, and well known for its great finesse. It is one of the most refined, most perfumed, wines in the Côte de Nuits. It is fruity but smooth, enhanced by woodland aromas with suggestions of leather and liquorice. This is a treat to serve with many dishes, but we feel it particularly complements filet of venison, winged game such as pheasant with red berries and mild cheeses.
