A very rich, peppery wine, with lots of fleshy/meaty scents on the nose. The finish is smooth and flavorful. This would be perfect with a nice steak.

Warm coffee and jam on the nose here, with blackcurrant on the palate and a structure that makes this wine a perfect candidate for the cellar. If you're going to drink this monster tonight, just make sure to air it out for a little while in a decanter first - then enjoy it with something meaty.

This wine lends aromas of cassis, autumn leaves, graphite and mocha which prelude a palate laced with bramble berries, earth, roasted espresso beans, tar and black spices.
