This is a solid entry level malbec. Not overly complicated or complex but easy to drink.
A simple, basic wine with an upfront richness but came across as good with the food - bite-sized beef empanadas. http://www.spittoon.biz/wine_and_food_matching_ideas_f.html
Excellent summer drinking wine!
