Color-pink rose; nose-wild strawberry; mouth-cherry;finish-light buy it, drink it.
A truly dry Rose; even some subtle and pleasing bitterness on the finish. Barbie pink in color, but as sophisticated on the palate as any Rose I've tasted. Will likely pair well with grilled fish. Believe it or not, this Rose may benefit from a little bottle age (or at least some decanting).
