- "Brioche and hints of wood spice add a bit of nuance to the brilliantly elegant cool green fruit nose that positively radiates classic Chablis character, particularly oyster shell and iodine that leads to taut, detailed and ultra pure medium full flavors that are textured, concentrated and almost painfully intense. This is one hugely long wine and while the finish is presently austere, this should mature into a real beauty. Note that this is quite backward and patience will be required...93." Burghound 10/07
