Chablis les Preuses Faiveley 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

"Bright green-tinged yellow. Sexy, precise aromas of orange marmalade and flowers. Broad and minerally on the palate, with orange and peach fruit flavors complicated by a creamy quality and a menthol element. Finishes fine-grained, high-toned and very long, at once sweet and dry...93" IWC 07/12 "This is clearly ripe as there is the barest hint of the exotic along with more typical aromas of green fruit, white flowers and mineral reduction. There is a lovely exuberance to the fresh and well-detailed flavors that also evidence a distinct minerality on the balanced, very dry and tension-filled finish. Lovely....91-93" BH 07/12
