Chablis Les Clos Fevre(2004)

For those who have kept up with developments in Chablis, it will come as no surprise that the wines of Fevre have catapulted to the very top of Chablis - not only rivaling but sometimes surpassing those of Raveneau and Dauvissat. The Les Clos in particular has risen to heights of excellence and complexity usually found only in the very best Grand Crus of the Cote de Beaune: Le Montrachet and Chevalier Montrachet at 1/3rd the price! We obtained just 8 cases of the 2004, the greatest Fevre wine to date.
