Winemakers Notes

Remarkable aromas of dried fruits and, in particular, grilled almonds. Great freshness and not too tannic. It is characterised by its mellowness and its great long-lasting taste in the mouth. Rancio is very present. Hints of spices appear. A cognac equally appreciated by feminine clientele.

Excellent choice for an after "light" dinner. Gives you the taste of champagne while it does not scare you with a heavy alcoholic aftertaste. It gives you a nice smooth aftertaste which you may enjoy for several minutes. Well worth the price, and taste wise it's one of the best non-hyped cognac's around. Five out of five from a northsman!
