The clone of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) that is cultivated in all of the plots belonging to Bodegas Cepa 21 is selected from 100-year-old vines in Pesquera de Duero. Young vines are grafted with cuttings from Tinto Fino (Tinta del Pais), the purest clone of Tempranillo in Ribera del Duero region.

Tasting Notes:

A gorgeous cherry red colour with violete along the rim. A broad and complex nose with notes of candied black fruits (mulberry, blackberry and blackcurrants). It has an oaky presence, both noble and elegant. The feel in the mouth is opulent and accompanied by a structured and elegant aftertaste. A wine to savor the full potential of Cepa 21.
