Tasting Notes:

Remarkably, Priorat’s intensity is to be found at every price level. Negre has all Priorat’s bells and whistles: raisins, crushed red fruits, figs, dates, jam, and spice. Alongside all that richness are notes of dried flowers, grasses, and mineral complexity, reflecting the wildness of the place and its soils.
