Long finish. Not my favorite.
2004. I am in love with this wine. Usually, I don't prefer blends, but this one was very well done. Garnache, tempranillo, syrah, and cabernet combined to make this a favorite just to drink.

Ludovicus is a cherry red colored wine. On the nose: ripe fruit with hints of black cherries. On the palate: well balanced, fruity, youthful, with mineral tones.
The crimson colored 2009 Ludovicus, a blend of 35% Garnacha, 30% Tempranillo, 25% Syrah, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 3 months in French and American oak. It displays an expressive perfume of red and black fruits, spice box, and violets.
