Cellar #8 is competively priced ok Sauv. Blanc. Firm acidity with lemon and lime flavor on the front palate, not leaning to one side or the other. By Mid palate the wine begins to open up with some cream and guava/peach. Not much of a finish, but still good for a warm spring day.

Winemaker's Notes:

The Sauvignon Blanc has intense flavors of grapefruit and citrus zest with some tropical melon flavors. The wine has a crisp acidity along with a creamy mouthfeel. There is a background character of vanilla spice which gives the wine added flavor and complexity.
