Made by Mark Herold of Merus and Buccella fame, this tiny production Cabernet is not just another pretty, sweet Napa Cabernet.In the words of Steve Tanzer: Aromas of crushed dark fruits, chocolate, graphite and sexy oak. "Lush but firm in the mouth, with sweet fruit lifted by underlying minerality. This boasts lovely inner-mouth verve and finishes with firm structure and very fine-grained tannins. Not at all a blockbuster, this one impresses for its juiciness and balance."
