Ceja Red Blend Napa Valley Vina de Casa 2005
Very nicely made wine. Pale straw in color, with aromas of orchard and tropical fruits. Mouth-coating pineapple, apple, and pear flavors and a fresh, juicy finish. Would go with a very wide range of foods. We had it with roasted chicken and arugula/walnut pesto and the wine stood up nicely to the arugula.
Very fragrant nose of citrus, pear, and apricot; all of which come through on the palatte. Clean finish, and very refreshing
Excellent wine -- and for the price can't go wrong.

Brendan's BuzzRated 92+This is a fantastic wine that is a blend of Pinot Noir (62%) and Syrah (38%). It's a massive wine, much like the Pinot Noirs coming out of the Central Coast. It has crisp acidity and soft tannins with a generous mid palate and long ended finish. Tasty notes of cherry, dark fruit and blueberries combine with mineral and chocolate flavors make this a steal at $20. With the rising prices of California Pinot Noir (don't you remember a couple years ago when they were about $25-$30? Now I am starting to see them climb to $50-$60. The Ceja Vino de Casa is a EXCELLENT bargain that will benefit from at least 5 years bottle ageing.
