Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

Score: N/A Tasting Notes: It is the protagonist among Cecchi wines, Chianti Classico is exported worldwide. It is the wine in which the company identifies more. His high profile is the result of a long experience. The Cecchi family has always believed in that name that represents the past, present and especially the future of Tuscan wines. The main grape is Sangiovese. Red ruby tending to garnet with aging, fine nose, the taste is intense and persistent, its structure is large and with a great balance. Serve with red meats and rich poultry dishes The principal vine variety is, naturally, the Sangiovese.Fermentation is carried out in steel containers at a controlled temperature, after which is undergoes a period of ageing in small capacity oak barrels and barrique casks for about 12 months. Refining continues in the bottle for a minimum of three months. With a intense ruby red colour tending to burgundy with ageing, a delicate fragrance, it has an intense and persistent flavour, its structure is broad and extremely well-balanced, with great harmony. Excellent accompaniment to roasts and grilled meats. A serving temperature of 18°C is recommended. Web Site: " TARGET="New">Click Here
