Caymus Conundrum Wines White Table Wine 2010
Fragrant nose reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc. Floral characteristics on the palate with a small amount of tropical fruit that fades quickly. Very well balanced in acidity and sweetness with a slight oak backing.
Very fragrant. Floral and sweet with obvious influence by muscat and viognier. Bright citrus and juicy acid. Loads of floral tones. Nicely layered with flaors of lychee, peach, apple, honeysuckle. Nice. 2/18/12
A nice Father's Day find. Surprisingly easy to drink. Great for summer.
An interesting white blend. Very nice.
A very very nice summer wine. A little sweeter than I expected. I'm looking forward to sharing this with guests...I think this is an excellent "Sitting round the deck, because I love your company...and my doesn't this wine personfiy the experience"...type of wine. I love it. We'll see if the 2nd bottle is just a pleasing... 2nd tasting from the same bottle 2 days later. Didn't like it a much as when first opened. Very complex nose and palate, but disappointing on the 'back-end' and didn't linger very long. All-in-all not in my wheelhouse. however I am looking forward to attempting this again with some other white wine lovers...

Floral bouquet nose with a dominance of honeysuckle. Muscat is the defining/alluring factor in the aroma of this wine. Enters round with a Chardonnay weight to it then quickly lightens up to reveal the additional varietals.
The wine enters round with a Chardonnay weight then quickly lightens up as the Sauvignon Blanc adds a fresh element.
