Cavicchioli Lambrusco di Sorbara "Vigna del Cristo" Secco 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

Bright red with a delicately frothy stream of bubbles. Wild strawberry, flowers and orange peel on the nose. Enters the mouth bright and fresh, then shows a juicy character and a saline edge on the vibrant, moderately long finish. *This is one of the best examples of the lighter-styled Lambrusco di Sorbara*, as well as the first one to have been made from a single vineyard. Quite dry.
