Cave Spring Riesling 2007

External Review by Premium Wine & Spirits:

Classic fruit aromas of crushed stone, lime zest and a hint of dried herbs. The palate shows great length and depth with lemon, lime, passion fruit and ripe honeydew melon. The wine finishes with a soft but fresh natural acidity that balances the flavor intensity and minerality. Baked brie with apricot marmalade would make a wonderful food pairing.

Plump, with peach, lime and grapefruit flavors backed by a vibrant structure. Develops well, staying focused and crisp right through the mouthwatering finish. Drink now through 2014.
