Lush and spicy, with sweet white offers apricot, honey and candied lemon flavors matched to a silky texture. It's offset by a vibrant acidity, which keeps it balanced and well-defined. Fine for foie gras or a fruit tart. Drink now through 2012.

Dried citrus, apricot and spice notes permeate this intensely flavored dessert white, which is impressive, though it sacrifices finesse for power. Drink now through 2024.

Vinified from Riesling grapes which were left on the vine until late autumn to concentrate their natural sugars and flavors. Partially-raisined berries were selectively harvested to produce a sweet dessert wine with a fine balance of luscious pear flavors and crisp citrus acidity.

Fine integration between the intense sweetness and acidity, providing a foil for the grapey, smoky notes. It's almost more like Muscat than Riesling. Nice lingering aftertaste. Drink now thorugh 2006.

This is stunningly sweet, rich with superripe flavors of tangelo and baked pineapple. Although the acidity is barely noticeable, it finishes on a smoky honeyed note, surprisingly light and refreshing.

A gorgeous late-harvest Riesling that plays rich apricot fruit perfectly against razor-sharp acidity. Wonderfully rich and complex, showing plenty of botrytis character. Serve on its own or with light desserts. A convincing argument for Canadian winemaking.
